ITINERARY AT A GLANCE
Over three days, you’ll move through a rhythm of grounding practices, nourishing food, and meaningful connection:
Day 1 – We’ll open with an evening meditation and a welcome dinner, setting intentions and beginning to weave our community together.
Day 2 – A full day of inner and outer nourishment: morning breathwork, a trip to the iconic Ferry Building Farmer’s Market, an anti-inflammatory meal crafted just for us, and an evening sound meditation to anchor your intentions.
Day 3 – We’ll close with a gentle meditation and circle, reflecting on all you’ve experienced and leaving with clarity, gratitude, and a renewed sense of alignment.
ABOUT YOUR HOSTS
Hailey Lott is a certified meditation teacher, breathwork facilitator, and transformational coach who helps people move beyond limiting beliefs and become their own best friend. With a background in yoga, sound healing, and performance mindset training, Hailey’s approach weaves together powerful mind-body practices that support emotional release and radical self-love. She’s worked with professional athletes, high-performing teams, and everyday humans alike — always with the belief that true success starts within.
Amanda Haas is a celebrated cookbook author, cooking instructor, and wellness advocate. After discovering the power of anti-inflammatory foods in her own healing journey, she’s dedicated her career to teaching others how simple, nutrient-dense meals can transform health. She’s the author of The Anti-Inflammation Cookbook and The Vibrant Life: Eat Well, Be Well, and her cooking classes are renowned for being both joyful and deeply practical.
Together, Hailey and Amanda combine soulful practices with delicious food — creating a retreat that nurtures you from the inside out.
WHERE YOU'LL STAY
Our home for the weekend is 1 Hotel San Francisco — a sustainably designed urban oasis on the Embarcadero. With nature-inspired interiors, cozy spaces for rest, and panoramic views of the Bay, this setting is the perfect backdrop for reflection, connection, and renewal.
There is also a reduced rate for local SF residents who want to join us, but don’t need lodging!
